Living in the Triad is a great experience. I was raised in Guilford County and have raised my family and they are now raising their family here! We are a testament to the quality of life!

I have set myself apart by not only living here, but being involved in my community. I was elected at large to the Guilford County School Board and served 8 years. I know how important education is to everyone and especially families. I continue to be involved by serving on the Greensboro Planning Board and by volunteering on many levels in the community.

I have been involved in bettering my profession and have been President of Greensboro Regional REALTORS® Association and Greensboro Builders Association. I was chosen REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2010.

I have been in the real estate business since 1975. My sons and I own Smith Marketing, Inc. and we have a  large team of professional real estate brokers. We are Allen Tate's highest-producing team.

I have completed the appraiser's course given by the Association of Appraisers and a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute.

I have had the opportunity to work in Guilford, Alamance, Forsyth and Rockingham counties.
